Ross' Mango Salsa (Kristan's Version)

3 mangos diced medium
1/4 cup red onion diced fine
1/4 red bell pepper diced fine
1/2 serrano chile, seeded and minced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
juice of 1-3 limes (to taste)
S and P to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least an hour to let the flavors mingles. Serve over grilled chicken, fish, or tacos.
